Hey Everyone,
Happy Monday! How are you all doing? We hope you have a great week ahead of you.
We thought we would give you a quick update before the launch of our USB Type-C project!
Deliveries!
Every Kickstarter backer should have received their order by now, if you have any problems or concerns please message us and we will gladly assist you. We hope you all enjoy your cables and are happy that you backed our project.
If you have any feedback on your cables please let us know, we would love to hear it!
Canadian Deliveries
We had a select few orders delayed due to the possible Canada Post strike. If you are in Canada and have not received your order please let us know so that we may investigate.

Until the end of the month as we finish up website changes we will be having another $18 Cable Sale.

We are preparing our new USB Type-C Kickstarter for launch in September, we will send you all more information when we have it available! This should be perfectly timed with new USB Type-C devices being released.

Tracking information has been sent out for the majority of backers, if we somehow missed you please let us know. We've been trying our best to be responsive and keep you in the loop. Feel free to reach out via message or email us at [email protected]
$18 Cable Sale
We have extended our sale until our new website is up and running. We're excited to show it to you. Here's a sneak preview:
We hope it looks great and works smoothly. This will be great in helping us get our product into more stores.
We are also using this sale to raise funds for a further order of cables. We have been approached by a few large online retailers that would love to carry our cables, we are working on ordering more inventory for these websites so that we can have healthy levels of stock.

More Deliveries!
We have been tracking our shipments and many more should be arriving this week! We hope you all enjoy your cables and come back for more. Canada Post has been very slow with our Canadian deliveries but we saw many people received their cables today. :)

June Cable Sale
Many of you received our email regarding our June cable sale. For a limited time till the end of June we have a sale on our cables. $18 USD for either version including shipping. This will be the cheapest our cables will be for a long time!

ALL cables have been shipped, if you made a pledge your order has been shipped and is on it's way! If you have not received a tracking number you will receive one within 48 hours!
We've been receiving excellent feedback from many of you backers and we hope you are happy with your rewards! We are so appreciative for your support and helping our company grow.

Happy Monday!,
We hope everyone is enjoying their Monday so far. It's been a little while since we last posted an update and we want to inform everywhere of where we are at.
We have begun shipping all North American orders from our Hong Kong warehouse. Backers from the United States should begin to see their cables show up in the next week.
International orders are being processed and shipped next week and we will continue to update everyone as we progress.
Tracking information will be update and sent out in BackerKit this week for the majority of orders. If you would like your tracking number you may also message us and we will send it your way. :)
When you receive your cable please send us your feedback, we would love to hear it!
Surveys:
A few people have not yet completed their survey. If anyone is having trouble with their surveys please let us know and we will do our best to assist you!
